These Terms and Conditions govern your use of neonsuites.online and any reservation or stay at our casino hotel. By booking or using the site you agree to them.

You may use neonsuites.online for lawful, personal purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, interfere with the site or use it to make fraudulent bookings. All text, design, logos and code are owned by or licensed to neonsuites.online.
A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. Rates are quoted per suite per night, exclusive of taxes and resort fees unless stated. A valid payment card is required at booking and a pre-authorisation may be taken at check-in for incidentals.
Promotional floor credit, late checkout and other direct-booking benefits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Flexible rates may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before 3pm on the arrival date; later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and rate differences.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 12pm unless a late checkout benefit applies. The lead guest must be at least 21 and present government-issued photo ID. Guests under 21 are welcome in suites, restaurants and the spa but may not enter the gaming floor of the casino hotel.
Access to the casino floor and salon privé is subject to applicable gaming laws, identity verification and our responsible-gaming programme. We may refuse entry or service at our discretion. Self-exclusion requests are honoured without question; ask any host or email [email protected].
Guests must respect other guests, staff and property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. We may charge for damage, excessive cleaning or lost keys, and may end a stay without refund for behaviour that is unlawful, unsafe or abusive.
To the extent permitted by law, neonsuites.online is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. In-suite safes are provided for valuables. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time; the version in force on the date of your booking applies to that stay. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the casino hotel is located, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
